Ingredients For Cake

- 125g Butter (Cut In Pieces)
- 125g Golden Castor Sugar
- 3 Medium Eggs
- 150g Self-Raising Flour
- 1 Heaped Teaspoon Of Baking Powder
- 50g Coco Powder
- 1 Drop Of Orange Organic Essential Oil
- 1 Drop Of Rose Absolute
- 1 Tablespoon Of Rose Otto Floral Water
- 100g Of Green & Blacks Organic Dark Chocolate 85%

Method

1) Heat oven to 160 degrees and prepare 2 sandwich cake tins.

2) Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl.

3) Add eggs - beating well.

4) Add Rosewater and 1 drop of Rose Absolute.

5) Sift flour and coco into mix and stir with metal spoon.

6) Add a little milk if mix is too stiff - should be fairly soft.

7) Split mix into 2 sandwich tins and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.


Ingredients For Rose Mix

- 50g Butter
- 100g Icing Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Of Lemon Juice
- 1 Drop Of Rose Absolute

Method

1) Mix well and spread on one layer and then add the top layer.

2) Melt 100g bar of Green & Blacks Organic 85% Dark Chocolate and spread on top of cake for a really self-indulgent cake.
