Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil is extracted via steam distillation of the leaves.

Cinnamon does not damage the skin but it has a warming effect, which can be experienced as a burning sensation by some individuals. Clearly none of the above applies if you are using the commodity on an oil burner/vaporiser.

Although we only offer Cinnamon Leaf you may find others offering Cinnamon Bark, its principal constituents are completely different and as such this should never be used on the skin as it is an irritant.

Very useful as an inhalant to help treat Bronchitis, Catarrh and Sinusitis.
