Intensely rich, leathery and meaty with strong notes of dried shitake mushrooms and yeast. Somewhat gourmand, this bread extract could probably be used to give a boost and longevity to angelica root as I can pick up certain similarities there between the two and definitely lasts longer. It could also add something very interesting to leather accords.
