Adam Michael has this to say “This aroma of chilli has a lot to offer, the intense heat is instantly noticeable and if you get this on your nose when smelling you also quickly realise that this material needs to be handled with extreme care. The aroma however to my nose at least is not overly chilli vegetative but instead it makes me think of dried red peppers, chilli seeds, dark chocolate and finished with juicy dark black cherries. Used in trace amounts this material can be considered useful for gourmand accords and imparting warmth within Oriental themed florals.”
