Frankincense Frereana Resin

Adam Michael has this to say “My fourth Boswellia resin offering (22/04/18) and yet another classic frankincense smell that I have so far found impossible to obtain in the form of essential oil. The aroma starts with light but very present lemon qualities and works its way through to the classic churchy notes with hints of spice when used on an oil burner**. A somewhat terpenic and slightly astringent smelling material which I find to be pallet cleansing and clean in a very classy way. When you stop burning this material the resins pieces are especially lemony and terpenic. Another wonderful frankincense resin that as a twenty percent tincture could be considered as a base with clean florals and some citruses in the top, maybe bergamot, to produce a simple yet elegant and not overpowering scent.”
