10th May at 6.30pm: Today we have lost a little ground on the progress we have been making of late. The area we live in was without electricity from the early morning until late this afternoon. However by Tuesday all the May orders on our books will be dispatched. And I am now aiming at addressing the wholesale list from early next week - it will happen I promise. Good news on the SDS front, we received another batch of them including for plantation ouds and across next week they will be uploaded to the site. Please remember SDS are only available by logging into your account and going to the SDS section. Here you find everything on file connected to your purchases. Ok, we are taking the weekend off now for some family time, so we will be out of contact until Monday. Thanks to everyone as always for your support of our little business and if it's ever possible to leave reviews please do so as they help improve the website experience for everyone that visits. Thank you, Adam : )

Adam Michael has this to say “In a few words, the greatest opoponax resin (aka Hadi) you will ever smell in your life. So incredibly potent, displays all the notes you would expect, toffee sweet, caramel, liquorice, warm, rich, delicious smelling and possessing and exuding trace vanillic notes for good measure.
A must try for tincturing, offers great fixative qualities for perfumery work and simply this is just an absolutely dreamy material that needs to be burned and enjoyed like all great resins should be.”
Botanical Name: Commiphora guidotti
Origin: Ethiopia

Nice big bag of opoponax resin, yay..
Many different strengths of tincture and some experiments already under way. I look forward to seeing the results in a few months. Smells fantastic also 🙏🏼

I am very much disappointed in this opoponax resin. Opoponax is supposed to be a warm reddish-orange color while there was only one small piece like this, the rest was brown and so hard I couldn’t even break it. NOT perfect for tincturing, I wouldn’t even be able to grind it in my mortar and pestle. I love opoponax but this is second rate, I’ve smelled way better in my life. Will not order again.
