The aroma is really dreamy and just like smelling genuine vanilla pods. From the viewpoint of aroma and true to life association of the plant part – vanilla CO2s win hands down over the absolute and are on par with well made aged tinctures in my opinion. And both are notoriously challenging to dilute into alcohol – (vanilla CO2s are actually soluble in oil and not really in alcohol, sadly), thus why we indeed offer tinctures.The aroma is pretty much as you would expect, Vanilla gelato creamy, vanillin, traces of spiced warmth, plasticine nuances, gourmand, trace woody through to benzoin balsamic tonalities and just generally an incredibly yummy profile, making this a straightforward yet very enjoyable and cost-effective vanilla material.”
