Adam Michael has this to say “Aromatically this hydro distilled wild Myanmar oud is sweet warm woody, syrup fruity, clean and exotic floral throughout. The floral notes have what I class as a crayon nuance and thus remind me of inhaling a living blue lotus and red frangipani composite. Additional supporting notes include leather infused with violet flowers, mango, suede, honey, sun-dried haystacks and a trace of spiced bitter tang.
This wild oud oil of the very highest order, nothing offensive in the profile, amber-red-brown in colour, of a pourable viscosity, ultra limited artisanal batch and without question the most sublime Myanmar production I have encountered to date. A must for oud connoisseurs who really appreciate and love wild oud. Myanmar sweet is one of those oud that when you swip a fair amount on your wrist blindfolded and try to evaluate it you will be easily confused and doubt if you’re inhaling real oud or an orchestra of precious floating flowers from the galaxy and rare woods made in heaven. And i have to remind myself this is oud. This is not an ordinary oil although its DNA says its wild oud from Myanmar and limited batch.opening with exotic waxy frangipani and beautiful piercing and magical blue lotus and lilac flowers that makes your brain buzz..there are multiple layers to this Gem of delicate jammy
golden fruits, soft aniseed, a touch of cooling breeze in the background maybe some osmanthus and then comes along a touch of yellow apple peel with some soft spiciness in the far distance..The drydown notes i get the finest vintage sandalwood along with its multifaceted woodiness with a touch of
sweet leather and vanilla!! Believe me your nose will be glued to your wrist thats for sure !! aphrodisiac narcotic and uplifting with great longevity!! Definently one of the most divine oils in the store.
