Lavender essential oil is by far the most popular oil in aromatherapy today and rightly so as it has a multitude of therapeutic uses and smells beautiful. At Hermitage Oils we have put together a very unique offering of lavender oils to tailor for the most discerning of connoisseurs. Our collection takes into consideration the origin, chemistry, and distillation method and of course the fragrance. It is well documented that lavender is one of the most valuable oils for the treatment of acne, most often in combination with bergamot FCF. We would advise the lavender 40/42% or the lavender high altitude in this instance as both excel in inhibiting the bacteria which cause the skin infection, while soothing the skin, helping to balance the over-secretion of sebum, which the bacteria thrive on, and helping to reduce scarring.
Lavender sweetie and lavender AOC excel in treating many cases of eczema. Both of these oils share the qualities of being calming, soothing and antidepressant, so they act on the emotional factors often underlying the physical manifestation of eczema. And for perfumers why not consider our lavender absolute, grown in France by a family of lavender farmers spanning two generations, glorious green in colour and it smells truly divine. We also offer a Bulgarian produced lavender now as well.
Please note: Despite their quality, all of our products are of a highly concentrated nature and are therefore to be strictly intended for perfumery and aromatherapy use only. Hermitage Oils strongly discourages internal consumption of the products, which are not intended to be used as foods in any capacity. All photos and images on this website have the sole purpose to evoke the raw materials from which the products offered are obtained, their place of origin or their scent.
