Adam Michael has this to say “What we have here is a stunningly beautiful, sweet resinous masculine oud that has a vast scent profile to get stuck into, with insane longevity, does the job to mind-blowing standards and represents excellent value for money in the process. In the hands of celebrated oud gods, this would cost triple, and in the hands of the devious, this would be marketed as wild oud.
The aroma profile in this instance is woody, cresole, animalic (minimum skank) at the very start, and literally within a few minutes morphing into a scent with distinct Coca-Cola tonalities underpinned with honey, cinnamon, incense, a tidal wave of thick sticky resinous storax themed qualities, a splash of chilli warmth, clay, crumbled brick powders, wet stones, pepper, marigold flowers, liquorice, playdoh themed vanilla and a bucket load of those classic DNA juicy yummy sticky exotic concentrated fruit bloom nuances. On the strip this lasts in optimal form for days, 6 hours on my skin type, amber-brown to black in colour subject to weight/volume, of a thick but pourable viscosity, hydro distilled, and produced in January 2020, so over three years aged as I’m typing on the 28th April 2023. Top notch intro level oud, highly recommended.”

This is an oil to impress even the most demanding with a very
reasonable price. The journey begins with midnight black jungle atmosphere, deep, rich… The smoothest
the most luxurious oud that challenge you to discover its hidden soul..
It shares a very shady animalic profile with the slightest herbal spicy sensation that you actually never understand what hits you first..Amber and myrrh twirl around with bitter/sweet liquorice, the warmth of hot cinnamon powder infused with jammy dates, delicious prunes syrup and luscious ripe black cherries ..when you buried your nose into this gem you’re embraced with the scent of an old Japanese incence shops that are famous with the best high quality ceremonial sticks. As the time passes and this beauty mellow down on your skin you are still get the spices smoother but the precious creamy woods displayed with a distant silken vanilla wisp to enjoy..absolutely liquid gold oud.

While not to be used as a stand-alone, perfume-grade Oud, as a note for High perfumery work, this is a utterly unique, Very Rare Note in its all condensed, bare and piercing, focused nature like a Samurai sword – loudly opens up (from the bottle) with a peculiar hot wiff of roasted Buckwheat (grano saraceno, or Japanese Soba), which on smear or a strip quickly disspiates into a cold(!) bright thunderbolt of Ozonic wistle, evolving into Marine Iodine smell of kelp, smashed by waves under rain; the water theme develops in a synesthetic feel of Atlantic coast in a stormy autumn rain – fresh, clean, wet with touch of salt, and Pines, wet bark, sap and needles; then upon dispersion, all this Maritime impression is morphing into austere aesthetics of refined Japanese incense store, with black laquered woods, drying down into gentle airy moist autumn forest, inermingling with bitter powdery noble incense. Verry special in bringing Oud tonalities to Tops and Hearts. A touch of subtle melancholy, when the summer season in BIarritz is over 🙂
