Adam Michael has this to say “Also known as P.E.A, produced from R.damascena rose absolute and it is a truly mind blowing natural isolate that is packed full of luscious rose charm throughout and of phenomenal tenacity, lasting upwards of 40 hours on the smelling strip alone. The opening is somewhat rich rose and reminiscent tbh of simply smelling the absolute.
The heart is full of watery rose qualities, powdery rose notes and a dewy honeyed rose finish. It goes without saying really that this material is a must for building rose accords, and generally supporting all floral themes very well. I personally find this material pairs especially well with lilac CO2, linden CO2 and carnation absolute as well as working nicely with the coconut CO2 when building tropical themed floral notes. Again staying with CO2 materials I have also found this NI P.E.A works splendidly with galbanum CO2 and violet leaf absolute when creating watery green notes. Finally it is a dream material when used with the Cocoa CO2 or absolute, enabling the creation of mouth-watering rose scented chocolate notes.”

Praise be to Hermitage, this may be material of the year for me. This PEA is highly volatile straight from the bottle (and yes I am comparing it to other variants just FYI)
It reminds me of One of my Favorite Oud and Rose compositions. It is Refreshing, Its like a dream lawn with dew, sparkling grass, and radiant rose garden in full bloom.. Hint of metallic edge to it, honestly one of my favorite parts. There’s a fruitiness that reminds of unripe bananas, another steal!!
Honestly, spending the money on this material was quite hard but it is so freaking worth it… Compared to buying the rose ottos, I may lean more towards this in the near future… 🙂
Actually one thing it did remind me of was the glorified Taif Rose. Crazy!! Don’t sleep on this@@

Now THIS! Compared to others I have tried, this has incredible complexity, lots of character. Must have this to give my rose formulas the longevity I’ve been trying to achieve.

Yes, exactly what the description says! So long-lasting its just unbelievable. Dewy, fresh, watery, lychee-like eith comforting waxy rose notes that turn to powdery. So happy I bought it – indispensable for adding rose character to anything. Perfect, really.

This is a gorgeous product, it smells between phenyl ethyl alcohol and rose absolute. Very luxurious, and could easily be placed in the website’s Rose collection.
Highly recommended.
