Rose RADUGA Absolute (EXCLUSIVE)

The immediate opening is reminiscent of Bulgarian absolutes, red style with fiery warmth, rose flowers and an aroma akin to the skin of rosehip fruits and flowers (light aroma)  – aka dog rose (R.canina).

Next, lightly sweet powdery rose character comes through, with a touch of spiced warmth comparable to our masterpiece absolute of rose cymosa tratt, along with a hit of rose musk that’s reminiscent of aged gallica otto.

In trace form I also pick out rose jelly, apple juice and sparkling champagne qualities after the early opening and prior to the heart.

The heart encapsulates and displays the experience of taking a walk in my rose garden across late Spring – flowers, stems, green notes, pockets of weeds growing within my lawn, the smell of my wood shed, fallen leaves, cut foliage, dry soil, possibly even some cut grass in ppm form. All of those smells, with rose at the forefront swirling around – this is the heart note of rose raduga absolute and it’s so beautiful and alive. This is then the profile until drydown.

I can say with certainty this is not a monster beast mode performer, as within 5 hours the experience on strip or skin is over with in optimal form. However, instead, I perceive this rose like that of musical lyrics that find you in the right moment, lyrics that penetrate the impermeable and resonate so deeply and profoundly with us, that we love and cherish that piece of music forever and ever.

Produced in Bulgaria by solvent extraction of the raduga rose flowers, orange-red in colour, alcohol and oil soluble. Pairs especially well with carnation, tobacco, Orange blossom and blackcurrant absolutes, perfect for building rose earthy notes, imparts complete/ true to life rose effects within damascena absolute heavy accords, and provides unique floral rose fruit tinted freshness within woody, fruity, and spiced accords.”
