17th April at 2.15pm: Quick update to say all orders placed on the 9th have been collected just now by DHL. Orders placed on the 10th and 11th will all leave by the 19th. I will type again on Friday regarding orders placed from the 12th onwards. Other news, by Friday I am releasing a few more very big ticket rarities including our Italian Oakwood Absolute and a super grail rose otto. Thank you, Adam : )
15th April at 5.30pm: Today I am running behind but I am happy to say that along with all E.U countries, we now can supply to the USA again. USA switched on just now and the Mysore Sandalwood 4 year aged E.O offer is extended for a week for USA clients to enjoy too. By Wednesday 17th all orders from the 9th April will be dispatched with DHL. Although we are rather full-on with orders at the moment, the lead time will improve significantly very shortly. Reason being since reopening the focus has been solely on building stocks up and we have staff coming on as well now (at last!). I will write again on Wednesday regarding lead times. This week my tasks are to get on top of the SDS we are owed by the company we have employed to handle this. And other than this I am adamant I will update the bulk wholesale list with more aromatics. Finally for now - the following 11 aromatics have recently been added to the site - French Rose Geranium E.O, Sandalwood Mysore E.O 4 Year Aged, Tuscan Olive Leaf Absolute, Mitti Attar (Petrichor), Persian Queen of Roses (Otto), Tomato Leaf Absolute, Oud Assami Skank E.O V.1, South Indian 10 Year Aged Vetiver E.O, Bengali Nagarmotha E.O, VIolet Leaf Concrete, Italian Helichrysum Absolute S.G. Thank you, Adam : )

Joseph Colbourne has this to say “There’s a straightforward, masculine earthiness and leathery quality that sets tree moss absolute apart from oakmoss absolute. There is a notable dryness in the top notes that set it apart—the scent of an old growth forest as the sun shines down on its understory, its heat releasing the aroma of green ferns and velvety moss carpeting fallen trees. Lasting days on the tester, tree moss absolute also has phenomenal tenacity; as a base note it can provide the foundation for chypres, fougeres, barbershop accords, and citrus blends.”
Botanical Name: Evernia furfuracea

Delicioso olor de bosque húmedo y luminoso.

Incredibly tenacious & in full aromatic profile for days! It’s top note has a distant musk presence while its heart & bass notes elongate the musk while adding to it a rooty, fertile earth aroma. Paradoxically, it is somewhat gritty, somewhat smooth. Around 45 minutes in, I detect an unexpected inviting vanilla-like essence. Well-worth experimenting with when a persistent fertile & earthy effect if desired.

A very soft version of oak moss oil..a touch of tobacco, vanilla sweetness..excellent for masculine blends..Forrest creations and even lightened it more with citrusy oils for a summery perfumes..

Moss is my most treasured olfactory realm. Deep, Vegetative, Smooth, Rich, Grounding. I sometimes wonder how lucky did I get to stumble upon such high quality Natural Materials. wow.

Given a choice, I would have this in every blend! This smells like a combination of all my favourite odours. I am a fougere/chypres maniac but this takes my olfactory preferences to the next level. Emotions come into play: Exciting, comforting, soothing, stimulating, energising.

In my opinion i find this even better than oakmoss, its sweeter more woodier more tobacco like and blends really well with coniferous materials. This is a must have!

Its difficult to pick a winner when it comes to Oakmoss, Cedarmoss & Treemoss but this one just about pips it for me. It’s one of those materials when sniffed with your eyes closed transports you instantly somewhere magical.

Well, it seems the tree moss and I are both tree huggers 😉 This is a softer, warmer version of Cedarmoss and I absolutely agree with the description. The dryer top adds a beautiful splash of sunshine on top. Absolutely lovely <3

This is my favorite of the mosses. The top notes are a beautiful dry cedar. I have really enjoyed blending with this one. It is a great base note with lots of complexities that interact nicely with other woods and spices.

Oakmoss, schmokemoss. Gimme this over it any day.

The base notes are more ferny than oak moss. Southern, humid woods.
It’s awesome!
Hugs, Medea and Anton.
